RemoteVA PH is hiring a Recruiter to source, screen, and hire top virtual assistant candidates to support clients’ remote staffing needs. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, build a candidate pool, and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably remote or virtual.
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring virtual assistants or remote workers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong time-management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract top virtual assistant candidates through portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen and interview potential candidates to assess skills and experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Manage the recruitment process from posting to onboarding.
• Conduct background checks and verify references.
• Track recruitment metrics and report to management.
