Job summary

Planet Fitness Pretoria is seeking a proactive Receptionist to manage the Welcome Desk, ensuring a positive first impression for members and smooth daily operations. The role requires motivating staff, high administrative accuracy, and excellent communication to liaise with members and colleagues.

The incumbent will handle club administration, cash handling, access controls, stock, and training of the receptionist.

• Ability to motivate staff and lead by example.
• Advanced levels of administrative accuracy.

• Display uncompromising levels of honesty and integrity.
• Have excellent communication skills and be able to liaise at all levels.
• Intermediate PC skills.
• Must be able to work shifts.

• Previous experience within a front desk or welcome desk position added advantage.
• Proven track record in managing staff, planning, organising, conflict handling and problem solving.
• Have reliable transport.
