Responsibilities

• Manage Welcome Desk/Reception to create a positive first impression.
• Assist with club administration as needed.
• Handle cash and cash-related processes.
• Communicate with members and staff effectively.
• Oversee reception staff and their tasks.
• Monitor access for staff and members and set overrides.
• Control reception stock and supplies.
• Resolve member complaints promptly.
• Train the reception team and support staff.
