Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Property Development, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in real estate development, project management, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in managing diverse real estate development projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of the South African property development process, including legal, financial, and construction aspects.
• Excellent knowledge of zoning regulations, building codes, and planning processes in Gauteng.
• Proven ability in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost management.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and evaluating potential land acquisition opportunities in the Vereeniging area.
• Conducting feasibility studies, market research, and financial analysis for new development projects.
