Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in property development, with commercial focus.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of zoning, planning and construction processes.
• Excellent financial analysis and budgeting skills.
• Outstanding negotiation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development for commercial real estate projects.
• Identify and evaluate potential development sites within Stellenbosch region.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial viability assessments.
• Oversee land acquisition processes, including negotiation and contracts.
• Coordinate design, planning, and permitting with consultants and authorities.
• Appoint and manage contractors and consultants through construction.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, safety, and environmental requirements.
