Placements24 seeks an accomplished Real Estate Developer to lead commercial projects in Klerksdorp, North West. You will identify opportunities, drive feasibility studies, and manage the full lifecycle from acquisition to construction and disposition.

The role requires a strong background in real estate finance, zoning knowledge, and proven leadership across multidisciplinary teams. Expect executive-level responsibilities and a chance to shape regional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in real estate development, with a focus on commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, market analysis, and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and development pro forma creation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience with zoning, land use regulations, and permitting processes.
• Knowledge of the Klerksdorp and surrounding North West real estate market is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identifying and evaluating potential sites for commercial real estate development, including retail, office, and industrial properties.
• Conducting thorough market research and feasibility studies to assess project viability and profitability.
• Acquiring land and navigating the zoning and permitting processes.
