Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in property sales, residential focus.
• Experience in achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of Gauteng, Midrand region and environs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in Midrand and surrounding areas.
• Manage client relationships, advise on property investment and trends.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations for developments.
• Negotiate sales terms to close deals.
• Prepare sales proposals and contracts accurately and efficiently.
