Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years' progressive experience in property claims adjusting.
• Must hold relevant claims adjusting licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex property insurance claims (residential and commercial).
• Conduct remote investigations and on-site inspections when required.
• Assess damages, prepare estimates, and negotiate settlements with policyholders.
• Interpret policies, endorsements, and exclusions to confirm coverage.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and legal counsel as needed.
• Maintain detailed claim files with documentation of communications and decisions.
