Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Commercial Claims Adjuster to join our client’s fully remote claims team. You will manage and resolve commercial property, casualty, and business interruption claims from your home office with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

This role requires at least 4 years of commercial claims experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with claims management software.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years as a Claims Adjuster, focused on commercial lines.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial property, casualty, and liability policies.
• Experience handling complex investigations and negotiations.
• Strong report writing and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate, evaluate, and negotiate commercial insurance claims across property, liability, and BI.
• Review policy coverage, claims documentation, and supporting evidence.
• Communicate with policyholders, legal representatives, and stakeholders.
• Determine claim validity and settlement amounts per policy terms.
• Manage a caseload while meeting SLAs and regulatory standards.
• Document all activities in the claims management system.
• Identify potential fraudulent claims and escalate per protocol.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to claimants.
