Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster (property claims).
• In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and applicable laws.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in claims management software and standard office applications.

Responsabilités

• Investigate insurance claims by gathering information, interviewing claimants and witnesses, and inspecting damaged properties.
• Determine coverage validity and liability for each claim based on policy provisions and applicable laws.
• Assess the value of damaged property and negotiate fair settlements with policyholders.
• Document all claim activities, findings, and settlements accurately and promptly in the claims management system.
• Work with legal counsel, engineers, and other experts to resolve complex claims.
