Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering capital-intensive projects.
• Strong knowledge of renewable energy tech, grid integration, and regulation.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 and related tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience onsite in Bloemfontein, Free State.
• PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

About the Role

Our client, a leading developer in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of large-scale solar and wind farm projects. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initial feasibility studies and site selection through to construction, commissioning, and handover. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience managing projects from concept to completion, including significant capital expenditure.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, grid integration, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6) and relevant technical software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex project teams and external contractors.
• Experience working on-site and managing field operations in Bloemfontein, Free State.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
