Placements24 seeks a highly experienced Lead Business Process Re-engineering Specialist to join a prestigious management consultancy in Gauteng. You will dissect existing processes, map bottlenecks, and design streamlined workflows to deliver measurable value across diverse client portfolios.

With 6+ years in process analysis and change initiatives, you will lead cross-functional projects, develop business cases, and guide change management to ensure sustainable client success and ongoing value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is advantageous.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or operational improvement consulting.
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis and mapping of current business processes across departments.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies using analytical tools and methodologies.
• Design and document optimized business processes, workflows, and SOPs.
• Develop business cases for process re-engineering initiatives with quantified benefits and costs.
• Oversee implementation of new processes with minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and management for alignment and adoption.
• Develop training materials to educate staff on new processes and systems.
• Monitor performance of implemented processes and adjust for continuous improvement.
• Act as SME in business process management and re-engineering.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients.
