Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is advantageous.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or operational improvement consulting.
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart) and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités
