Placements24 is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in Business Process Re-engineering to support South African clients remotely. You will guide organizations through fundamental redesigns of core processes to achieve dramatic improvements in efficiency, quality, cost and service, while working from home.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, plus experience in BPMN, Visio/Aris, and change management, with a proven track record of delivering measurable process

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting with a focus on BPR and optimization.
• Proven track record delivering measurable business improvements.
• Proficient in Visio, Aris, BPMN and project management tools.
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with remote work setups and virtual team collaboration is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of change management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and implementation of BPR initiatives for clients.
• Develop detailed process maps, models, and future-state designs.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and stakeholder interviews for requirements and consensus.
• Create robust business cases and implementation plans for BPR projects.
