You will lead workshops, map processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN, quantify impact, and implement sustainable improvements while collaborating across industries in a hybrid setup.

Required: a bachelor’s degree in business/engineering and 5+ years in process improvement, with experience in Visio or ARIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process analysis, re-engineering, or continuous improvement roles.
• Proven expertise in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), or other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex process data.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
• Design and document optimized process flows using Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN.
• Lead client workshops and facilitate discussions to gather process data and requirements.
• Develop and implement action plans for process improvement, managing timelines and resources effectively.
• Quantify the impact of process changes in terms of cost savings, efficiency gains, and quality improvements.
• Train client personnel on new processes and best practices to ensure sustainable adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process improvements with technology solutions.
• Monitor process performance post-implementation and recommend further adjustments as needed.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in business process management.
