Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting, process improvement, or operations management, with a focus on re-engineering.
• Demonstrated success in leading and implementing business process re-engineering projects.
• Proficiency in process analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes across functions, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and document optimized processes using mapping and modeling techniques.
