Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business process analysis, re‑engineering, and optimization, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex process improvement projects from inception to completion.
• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Experience with process modeling software (e.g., Visio, Aris) is highly desirable.
• A proven ability to manage change effectively within client organizations in Durban .
