Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• Master's degree is a plus.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering/process improvement.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements in manufacturing.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Kaizen proficiency.
• Experience with Arena/AnyLogic and Minitab for simulations/statistics.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement solutions to boost efficiency and quality.
• Design and run pilot projects to test new processes and technologies.
• Use statistical tools to monitor process performance and trends.
• Collaborate with production teams to implement changes and train staff.
• Develop SOPs and control plans for new processes.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry trends in process optimization.
• Prepare reports on performance and recommendations for management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
