Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations management.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements in a manufacturing environment.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and Kaizen methodologies.
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Arena, AnyLogic) and statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
