Job summary

Vodacom is seeking a Senior Process Integrator to drive end-to-end process integration and maintain the organisation's process repository. The role reports to EHOD Continuous Improvement and requires ownership of process design implementation across business and technology teams.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years in Business Analysis or Process Integration, with strong governance, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have 5–8 years in business analysis, process improvement, or integration.
• Experience with process repositories, governance and data structures.
• CRM, billing or data environments knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end process integration across systems and technology teams.
• Translate process designs into business and system requirements.
• Own and govern the process repository, maintain quality and version control.
• Manage stakeholders and drive cross-functional decisions to progress initiatives.
