Job summary

You will drive governance, automation opportunities and cross-functional projects, ensuring adoption, training and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science
• Business Analysis Certificate
• Business Process Management (BPM) Certificate
• Change Management Certificate
• Minimum 5 years' experience across Business Analysis, Business Process Design and Management, IT Project Management and implementation, SDLC, Change Management, Data Analytics
• Proven experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business process analysis, mapping, optimisation and re-engineering
• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, inefficiencies and automation opportunities
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies and governance frameworks
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user scenarios
• Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives across multiple systems
• Support ISO 9001 compliance and surveillance
• Analyse systems and define changes, integrations, testing and customisation needs
• Develop business cases for automation and technology investments
• Lead diagnostic analysis for automation and integration strategies
• Develop change-management frameworks and workshops to drive adoption
• Create training materials and conduct end-user training
• Partner with leaders to ensure successful process changes adoption
• Champion continuous improvement and digital innovation
• Provide change-management guidance to senior leadership and projects
• Identify opportunities to improve customer-facing processes and service delivery
• Coordinate system training, enhancements and IT architecture input
• Lead cross-functional process and systems transformation projects
