Job summary

You will work with senior stakeholders to analyse complex processes, map value chains and develop business cases with ROI calculations.

The role requires 7–10 years in BPM, leadership experience, and a degree; experience with BPMS, RPA and change management is preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in BPM, process improvement or business analysis.
• 3–5 years of leadership/managerial experience.
• Degree or NQF7 qualification in industrial engineering, CS, information systems, or business.
• Strong experience with BPM, process transformation and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process discovery, analysis and design (As-Is / To-Be).
• Identify and deliver process optimisation and transformation initiatives.
• Develop business cases, ROI calculations and benefits realisation.
• Collaborate with data architects on data flows and integration needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while improving performance.
