Qualifications

• Matric is essential.
• 3-year degree/diploma in Industrial Engineering or relevant field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is advantageous.
• Process Mapping Tools knowledge.
• Certificate in Project Management desirable.
• 3–5 years' experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Analyse operational performance data and identify problems in early stages.
• Facilitate CI workshops with cross-functional teams using CI tools and techniques.
• Develop fit-for-purpose solutions and track benefits.
• Manage CI office initiatives and report progress to stakeholders.
