Qualifications

Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering.
10+ years of progressive experience in process engineering with leadership responsibilities.
Expertise in process design, simulation (Aspen Plus/HYSYS), and troubleshooting.
Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects.
Strong understanding of process safety, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex chemical processes and systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of process engineers.
Manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resources for major engineering initiatives.
Develop and refine process designs, P&IDs, and equipment specifications.
Oversee process scale-up, commissioning, and validation activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
