Placements24 seeks an experienced Lead Chemical Engineer to spearhead technical initiatives in Mahikeng. You will guide a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of complex chemical processes, driving innovation and operational excellence.

As a senior leader, you will mentor staff, develop strategies for process improvement, oversee design, simulation, and scale-up, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Chemical Engineering required.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in chemical engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities
