Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in process engineering in the chemical industry.
• Strong expertise in simulation, modeling, and data analysis.
• Solid knowledge of reaction engineering, thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional project teams and change initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, analysis, and optimization of chemical processes to improve yield, throughput, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement process improvement projects, utilizing statistical analysis and modeling tools.
• Troubleshoot complex operational issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior process engineers and technicians, fostering their technical development.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety, health, and environmental (SHE ) regulations and standards.
