Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
- 7+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in Oil & Gas.
- Proficiency with Aspen HYSYS and Pro/II.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat and mass transfer.
- Experience with process design, equipment specification, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize PFDs and P&IDs.
- Run process simulations and modeling with standard software.
- Design equipment and specify pumps, exchangers, and reactors.
- Troubleshoot processes to improve efficiency and safety.
- Ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams on execution.
- Develop operating procedures and technical docs.
- Participate in PHAs such as HAZOP studies.
- Provide support for plant operations and commissioning.
- Stay updated on process engineering advancements.
