Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years' experience in Oil & Gas process engineering (upstream/downstream).
• Experience with process simulation software and data analysis tools.
• Solid knowledge of process safety management (PSM) principles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement process improvements to cut costs in Oil & Gas operations.
• Run detailed simulations with Aspen HYSYS/PRO/II to identify optimization opportunities.
• Troubleshoot process issues for uptime and throughput.
• Develop PFDs and P&IDs.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Prepare technical reports and feasibility studies.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
