Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, with a Master's or PMP preferred. Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera P6 is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PMP certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive project management experience in construction, commercial/industrial.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A Master's degree or PMP certification is a significant advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically on commercial and industrial projects.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects with budgets exceeding R100 million.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts (e.g., JBCC, NEC, FIDIC) and procurement processes.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Experience working within the Gauteng construction market is preferred.
