Placements24 in Centurion, Gauteng is seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee major commercial developments from planning through handover. You will lead all construction phases, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors; develop detailed schedules and budgets; manage procurement, risk, and documentation; and maintain strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction project management
• Strong track record delivering complex commercial developments on time and within budget
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, codes, safety regulations, and contract management
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with dispute resolution and claims management
• Willingness to work on-site regularly in Centurion, Gauteng area

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
• Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and construction budgets; monitor progress
• Oversee site operations; ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards
• Manage procurement, including tendering, contracts, and vendor performance
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings; resolve issues
• Manage project risks; maintain stakeholder communication
