You will oversee stock management, staffing, financial targets, and customer service initiatives, partnering with the clinic to provide a full healthcare offering while driving sales and ensuring a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Essential: 2+ years post community service experience.
• Essential: 1+ year People Management experience.
• Essential: Registration as Responsible Pharmacist with SAPC.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care and safe dispensing in line with SAPC regulations.
• Efficiently manage dispensary operations, stock, shrinkage, and administration per company standards.
• Drive financial targets, cost controls and branching collaboration with clinic and store teams.
• Schedule staff, develop learners and interns, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Enhance customer service and partner with the clinic to provide comprehensive healthcare offerings.
