Qualifications

• SAPC knowledge and relevant legal knowledge.
• Ethical working practice and compliance.
• Stock, cost, risk and compliance management procedures.
• Knowledge of patient care and professional counselling.
• Knowledge of customer service excellence.
• Labour legislation and IR practices.
• Sound understanding of financial management principles.
• Competency based interviewing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of pharmaceutical care with accurate, safe dispensing and advice per SAPC guidelines.
• Efficiently manage dispensary operations, stock management, shrinkage, and administration per standards.
• Ensure dispensary viability through sound financial management and target-focused actions.
• Lead, develop and coach employees, including learners and interns.
• Schedule staff per labour policy and maintain attendance and HR records.
• Drive customer service initiatives to enhance experience and club card participation.
• Collaborate with clinic and healthcare aisles to offer a full healthcare offering.
• Support Clicks Group vision and drive cohesive operation between store, pharmacy and clinic.
