You will oversee stock management, rosters, customer service initiatives, and collaboration with the clinic to provide a full health and beauty offering, supporting brand targets and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with SAPC.
• Experience in community pharmacy operations.
• People management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care and compliant dispensing.
• Efficiently manage dispensary operations including stock control, shrinkage, housekeeping and administration.
• Schedule staff, manage time and attendance, and maintain employee records.
• Drive customer service initiatives to deliver a great customer experience and loyalty.
• Collaborate with clinic to provide integrated health and beauty services.
