Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking an experienced Pharmacist-in-Charge to lead the dispensary and clinic teams, ensuring high standards of pharmaceutical care and compliant dispensing. You will manage stock, labour, and customer service initiatives while aligning with SAPC regulations and the company’s values.

The role requires a registered SAPC pharmacist with at least 2 years post-community service experience and 1 year of people management, with strong leadership and financial stewardship.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with SAPC and in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years’ post community service experience.
• Minimum 1 year people management experience.
• Responsible Pharmacist registration with SAPC.
• Knowledge of stock control, cost, risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Dispenser oversight ensuring high standards of pharmaceutical care and accurate, safe dispensing.
• Lead and direct pharmacy, dispensary and clinic teams to deliver service excellence.
• Manage stock control, shrinkage and administration in line with SAPC regulations.
• Schedule staff per labour policy and maintain attendance records.
• Drive customer service initiatives to improve experience and loyalty.
• Collaborate with clinic to provide integrated healthcare offerings.
• Support business targets through financial and cost management.
