Job summary

Clicks Group in Pretoria is seeking an experienced pharmacy leader to ensure the efficient operation of the dispensary and clinic. You will lead and direct the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care, safe dispensing, and compliant practice in line with SAPC requirements.

You will manage stock, budgets, and expenses while driving customer service excellence, staff development, and integration with clinical services to meet sales and compliance targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop employees, including learners and interns, with effective scheduling.
• Drive customer experience and clinical integration to support business goals.
