Job summary

Clicks Group is seeking a Pharmacist with strong leadership to ensure efficient operation of the dispensary and the clinic, delivering high standards of pharmaceutical care and compliant dispensing in line with SAPC guidelines.

You will lead and develop the pharmacy team, manage stock, administration and customer service initiatives, and collaborate with the clinic to provide a full offering to customers while meeting sales, compliance and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience post community service.
• Minimum 1 year people management experience.
• Registration as Responsible Pharmacist with SAPC.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of pharmaceutical care and safe dispensing.
• Manage dispensary stock, shrinkage, and administration per SAPC regulations.
• Drive financial viability and meet dispensary targets.
• Lead and develop pharmacy and clinic teams.
• Schedule staff and maintain time and attendance records.
• Improve customer service and drive club card participation.
• Integrate with clinic to offer full healthcare services.
