Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care.
• Ensure accurate and safe dispensing, including generic substitution, within SAPC regulations.
• Manage dispensary operations, stock control, shrinkage and administration in line with standards.
• Schedule staff effectively and maintain weekly time and attendance records.
• Drive customer service initiatives to enhance customer experience and loyalty.
• Integrate the pharmacy with the clinic to offer comprehensive healthcare services.
• Support the group’s vision by living company values and driving a cohesive operation.
• Foster development and leadership in learners and interns to build capacity.
• Ensure compliance with merchandising, SAPC regulations, and cost controls.
• Maintain alignment between store operation, pharmacy, and clinic teams.
