Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the pharmacy team to deliver high standards of pharmaceutical care.
• Manage dispensary operations, stock control, and administration.
• Ensure compliance with SAPC regulations and company standards.
• Schedule staff and manage labour and attendance records.
• Drive customer service initiatives and enhance patient experience.
• Collaborate with clinic to provide full healthcare offering.
