Placements24 is seeking an E-commerce Performance Marketing Specialist to join a fully remote team. You will develop, implement, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and other channels to drive qualified traffic and maximize ROAS.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance marketing within the ecommerce sector.
• Hands-on experience managing paid search (PPC) and paid social campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from data.
• Experience with A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other channels.
• Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve target ROAS, CPA, and other KPIs.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad creative testing to improve effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign data and generate insightful reports with optimization recommendations.
• Manage advertising budgets across campaigns and platforms for optimal allocation.
• Collaborate with ecommerce and marketing teams to align paid media with business objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in performance marketing and ecommerce advertising.
• Identify growth opportunities and testing ideas within the landscape.
• Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns to re-engage potential customers.
• Ensure accurate tracking and attribution for all paid media activities.
