Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing brands. You will guide targeting, budgeting, roadmaps, and client narrative during calls, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will lead paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, track performance with GA4, and build quarterly roadmaps that drive long-term client growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline metrics.
• Agency experience across multiple clients concurrently.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
