Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Digital Advertising Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will be the strategic voice, owning targeting, budgets, the roadmap and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding, track conversions with GA4/Tag Manager, and drive long-term account growth through retention and upsell.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on Google Ads and Meta campaign management.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements with measurable results.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency setting.
• Fluent English for live calls with US clients.

Responsabilidades

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Allocate budget, bid, target, test creatives, and decide when to pause/kill campaigns.
• Set up and trust conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps per client and articulate the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.
