Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will orchestrate targeting, budget calls, roadmaps and client narratives, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, overseeing budget, bidding, testing and conversion tracking, while crafting 90‑day plans and driving long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: campaigns built and optimized.
• Proven ROAS/CPA improvements with client pipelines.
• Experience managing multiple clients in an agency.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for clients.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution via GA4, GTM and platform pixels.
• Develop 90‑day and quarterly roadmaps and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
