Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Search Engine Marketing Manager to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the roadmap, set budgets, and articulate the narrative behind performance during client calls.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize campaigns, and drive growth through retention and upsell. The role is fully remote with US/Canada/South Africa coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in paid search and social ads, delivering performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Implement and trust conversion tracking with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain performance on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
