Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Senior Operations Manager to oversee multiple retail hubs in Randburg and surrounding regions, driving operational excellence, profitability, and an outstanding customer experience across all locations.

You will lead, mentor, and develop store managers and staff, implement KPI-driven strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate with marketing, sales, and HR to support business initiatives. Willingness to travel within Randburg and wider Gauteng is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in retail operations management, with at least 3 years in a senior supervisory or managerial role overseeing multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance profitability across multiple retail locations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management, store maintenance, and compliance with company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of store managers and their respective staff.
