The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 7+ years in manufacturing with leadership experience, plus strong lean, ISO, and safety knowledge. Relocation to East London may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7+ years in manufacturing operations with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles and safety protocols.
• Experience with ISO quality management systems.
• Proven ability to plan, lead, and optimize production.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to hit production targets.
• Enforce quality control measures throughout the process.
• Ensure a safe working environment and health & safety compliance.
• Lead and mentor production staff for high performance.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements to reduce waste and cost.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely raw material availability.
• Collaborate with maintenance, QA, and supply chain.
• Monitor KPIs and take corrective actions as needed.
• Train new staff and support ongoing development.
• Maintain production records and generate reports.
