Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in operations engineering or a similar management role.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional projects and teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve processes using lean principles and Six Sigma.
• Develop and optimize production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams in adopting new technologies and strategies.
• Ensure strict quality control standards and worker safety across operations.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor KPIs and report operational performance to senior management.
