- Expertise in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma.
- Black Belt preferred.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional projects.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize production systems to maximize efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean and Six Sigma.
- Manage cross-functional teams to address operational issues.
- Design and manage process improvement projects within budget.
- Oversee adoption of new technologies to boost performance.
- Prepare performance reports with cost-benefit analyses.
