Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, MBA, or related field.
• 10+ years in operations management, with 5+ in leadership focused on process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma expertise; Black Belt preferred.
• Proven track record of large-scale operational transformations with measurable results.
• Strong financial acumen with budget management and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for operational efficiency and cost reduction across the organization.
• Lead Lean Six Sigma projects focusing on waste elimination and standardization.
• Oversee supply chain optimization, inventory management, and logistics to enhance throughput and reduce lead times.
• Establish performance metrics and reporting systems to monitor key operational indicators and drive accountability.
• Manage departmental budgets and ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic objectives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching and mentoring operational staff and leadership.
