Qualifications

Bachelor's or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering; 5+ years in electrical maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, motor controls, power distribution, and instrumentation.
Experience with PLC programming is advantageous.
Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving abilities.
Based in or willing to relocate to Rustenburg, on-site work required.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical equipment.
Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis of electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
Conduct inspections and diagnostics to meet safety standards and operational requirements.
Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are available.
Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and electricians, ensuring safe and efficient work.
Oversee installation and commissioning of new equipment and system modifications.
Maintain maintenance records and prepare reports on performance and costs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with production to schedule maintenance with minimal downtime.
