Qualifications

• 7+ years in offshore engineering, focused on installation planning.
• Experience managing complex offshore installation projects.
• Knowledge of offshore construction methods and heavy lifting.
• Familiarity with offshore codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop installation procedures for offshore structures and pipelines.
• Plan offshore execution including vessel scheduling and resources.
• Oversee installation of subsea systems and topsides.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with yards, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and report on metrics.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
• Support offshore crews remotely.
